Thank you for the above suggestions, however I have returned from the free session and have to inform you that hypnosis is crap at providing Ursula Andress-type costumes, pots of money for Falmer or turning you into a half-woman half-haddock.

However, it MAY help me change my attitude to the amount of food I eat, the type of food I eat and the amount of exercise I do. Which might just mean that I could just about squeeeeeeeze into one of those shell bras.
