It doesn’t really matter.
You get some charismatic managers who do well, some who do badly.
And studious types who do well or badly.
I think the point @Commander was making that FH's lack of charisma* explains why so many fans haven't taken to him.

* I'm not of the view that he lacks charisma, but does when compared to RDZ (who is the benchmark for so many fans, not for me though).

Fab loved it when McGhee chucked in a few German legends he’d worked with. And SAF of course.
McGhee has had such a varied career.

Good post.
I think RdZ was one of the most charismatic, similar to Poyet in a lot of ways IMO.

As you say, if you were silly enough to judge FH on that basis, then he won’t win, but he’s okay, and IMO comes across really well in the video.

In fact, I thought he spoke really well, and he gave me hope for next season….
I may even jump back on the fence 😉

Our fabulous season in 22/23 finishing 6th was a culmination of incredible strategy from recruitment along with Potters ability to develop talent and RDZs desire to compete for every game/point/pass all orchestrated by Bloom & Barber. Hurzeler has secured us our second best finish and all the signs suggest next season will be even better
