Hull by train

Just booked my train ticket from kings cross .. usually go to games by car but decided to go by train .. a first for me are there many going by train on here?

Don't do it!

I went to an FA cup tie in January 1980something and the train broke down in a siding on the way home. Because it was a football special BR didn't give a f*** and left us there for hours, with no lights or heating. We finally got back to Brighton station at about 4 in the morning.

thank f*** we won 3-2 at least!

I did Hull by train the last time we played up there. Was a Friday night before the England v Germany game at Wembley. Stayed at a nice B&B was on the piss from 1pm we won 2-0 got a lockin at the pub after and got the train back in time to watch Germany beat us 1-0.
