I don't know about you, but ads like these have a detrimental effect on my wanting to use their services. Surely that's the opposite to what they want to achieve?

Simple bit of advice if you don't want to come over as racist, drop black from the description, particularly immediately before twat.

As for the Halifax, crap accounts, appalingly uncompetitive mortgage & loan interest rates, and terrible service when things start to go pear shape ( repayments wise ).

I can't see why anyone would be fooled by their patronising trite stupid adverts.

Thing is, even if you are a Bank Of Scotland customer you get this **** grinning up at you when you open your statement now or even when you phone your BOS local branch and they put you on hold you have to put up with 'who let the dogs out' interspersed with the **** telling you about mortgages etc etc etc.
I find the animated version of the **** even more irritating
