How the hell do you cancel bids on Ebay?

Can someone provide a link to the form you have to fill in... fast? Some dozy bint has asked me to cancel her bid for the thing I'm selling cos she thought I was selling two of them. According to the rules I have to comply because she asked more than 12 hours before the end of the auction. It's now due to end in four hours. When you go to the "Help" bit of Ebay there's an incorrect link to the cancel bids page.

Click on the number of bids - and follow instructions (at the bottom somewhere).

Get the person bidding to retract her bid.

she should cancel it, 'bid retraction' she probably doesn't want to do it as it shows on her profile (although noone really takes any notice of that)
