[Albion] How on earth did Leicester only draw with Norwich today?

More to the point, how is it that Norwich (and this weekend B'mth at Chelsea too) can pull off results like that when we can only dream about doing so? Yes, I know we went to Arsenal and won, but that's a lot different this season to getting something at Leicester or Chelsea.
