Why has everyone left Jim McNulty out of their lists - away on loan for a few weeks and people have forotton about him already?

I suspect that the fact he has a reasonable amount of time left on his contract and that we don't have to sell him makes him worth £350k?

Crofts Player of the season because he is consistent, not because he has any particularly special attributes. To be fair, I thought he was nearer 30, turns out he's actually 25. So perhaps 100k might be more accurate. Definitely no more than that though.

Elphick has done nothing other than a few average seasons in League 1. 150k-200k tops, but I don't think 100 is unrealistic. Don't get me wrong, he's a decent player, but is he ever going to be anything more than a solid third division centre back?

I think that people tend to over estimate the value of our players. There are many players as good as those above who are available on a free as their contract has expred.

Looking at our squad, I find it quite depressing how little depth of quality we have. Poyet has a lot of work on this summer filling all the gaps.

It appears that Murray is a football genious one minute and crap the next according to some posters - he has consistently scored goals for 4 seasons - I think we could recoup what we spent on him.
I have heard that some people say that Crofts is a poor mans Robert Codnor, which i think is unfair!
And Elphick will get better and Better as he gets older - Ok prone to the odd mistake but has the potential to play championship level.
