How much will you pay for a season ticket?

Given it would have been cheaper this season to buy tickets on a game by game basis, what with the numerous discounted games and the fact I always miss one or two games, how much are people prepared to pay for their season ticket now? Clearly if this season is anything to go by 400 plus does not make financial sense.

The overheads are the same if not more and the club are losing money even at the higher price.
Until we get Falmer this is a fact of life.

I know that, but selling two tickets for 200 quid is better than not selling one for 400.

its my last year of my 3yr ST but I'd still renew if my dad still went. If he didn't renew I'd think about getting match by match

so that should make season tickets about £350

7,000 tickets sold @ £10.
TOTAL TAKINGS:- £70,000 a game.

3,000 season tickets sold @ £450 a time.
= 3,000 tickets a game @ £19.56
= £58,700 a game.
PLUS 2000 tickets sold @ £10.
TOTAL TAKINGS:- £78,700 a game.
£8,700 a game MORE than the Chops plan.

£8,700 x 23 games = £200,000 MORE to invest in the team.

Students have relatively high overheads with a very limited income, depending on the course. If some stick to the club, then surely it would be worth trying to attract them. Plus, students who are Brighton fans and based locally should benefit. I think Oxford Utd offered student season tickets for £90 and they got a fair amount going from Brookes and Oxford Uni.

Exactly - Two University's in Brighton give a huge target audience, as well as those who are at college with only limited income from a part time job. However, £300/£17 quid isn't going to persuade anyone new come, especially when they are allocated the worst views in the ground simply because they are 'students'.
