I swear at football, sometimes at work and almost never at home. When my kids started going to matches I explained that they would hear swearing and it was sort of acceptable as long as they also followed the rules, no swearing at home.

I used to swear a fair bit when I worked on building sites but as I now work in occupied houses I keep a lid on it, sometimes I treat myself to the odd **** it when I smack my head in a loft.
I swear a fair bit when I'm driving but only to myself it's better than having a go at other drivers.
