What do you spend on presents for your kids at Christmas???

I've just paid £80+ for a full Junior kit for the boy but that pushes me over the £170 per child. Is that too much? About right? Not enough?

Mrs Hut spends far too much in my view, but I suppose you should spend what you can afford

usually about £100-£150. Last year, though, we bought him a car as his was knackered (I'm not usually so profligate but we'd had a bit of good fortune and I though it would be right to share it a bit).

£50 per couple for the 6 grown up kids and £30 each for the 11 grandkids and 5 great-grandkids. Add a brother & sister and numerous nieces, nephews, and godchildren and it's more than enough. :lolol:
