8:10am-22:10pm... But only when working in my own shop. If I'm covering elsewhere it isn't so bad, but for that length of time, to only get a 1 hour lunch break (and days when even that isn't guaranteed), isn't ideal. Ah, how I miss the quiet old days...
No days off or breaks as such as being my mrs carer is 24/7 365 days a year. I get "cover" from mother in law to go to the Albion but that's about it. Having said that when mrs has a good day all I really do is the household stuff.
I'm 9-5 with an hour's lunch and two 15-minute breaks. I spend about 2 hours during the day just chatting to people in the office too and another hour singing.
Still a student so I do about an hour a day at lectures (unless they're before 11am) then sit at home watching TV, but I do take a lunch break as well as regular tea and toast breaks. You can't watch TV solidly all day without taking breaks. It's bad for you
I travel a lot but a typical day in the office would be: 0815 to 1730 with a quick trip to St Pancras International next door to get a sandwich to be eaten whilst working; very few official breaks but a few chats about football, mid-life woes etc. throughout the day. Football chats have got so much more enjoyable over the past 2 years.
Monday to thursday I tend to start anywhere from 8 to 9.30, and finish sometime between 3 and 6 (depending on what time I start and how much work I have left to do that can't wait until the next day)
Friday I work until 1.30-2.30.
I tend to take several short breaks rather than a lunch break
