[Help] How do you pm someone?

Click on their name, and then Start Conversation.

Or if you can't find a post by the person you want to PM then next to your name top right of the screen is a little envelope - hover over that and click 'Start Conversation' - you'll need to input their username but it will auto suggest as you start to type it.
