How do you imbed videos into a post?

I've got a youtube video I want to imbed - how do I go about it? I've checked HELP and the FAQs but it doesn't seem to say anything ...

What you wanna do is wrap [yt] and {/yt] around the numbers and letters that follow the = in the youtube url. Innit.

But obviously replace that sqiuggly bracket thing with a normal square one.
