From a command prompt - (Start, Run, cmd) type :-

ipconfig

This is fine as long as you are not using a router or something like that. Be aware that your IP address may change every time you log in.

Thats the easiest way to get your IP. However, if like me you're behind a gateway its not going to be any use to you. Because its the gateways IP...
