YouGov did a EU referendum poll in April 2015 which came out as IN 45% OUT 33% and UNDECIDED 22%

And we know how reliable opinion polls are.

There is also the "lie Tory" vote , those who are too embarrassed to say they'll vote Conservative but don't want to say they're undecided and tell the canvasser they're voting for another party
