...good effort son. Used you as a pace marker (not maker) Sean?? So bloody hot though.
If I was being chased round Hove Park by an overweight balding wheezing man i would be taking psychiatric counselling, not going home and seeing if i could find him on Internet forums.

So we have ascertained that HB&B thinks boys in football tops are hot

Going for a PB in my 100th parkrun. Failed by a minute. Too hot, started too quickly. Well done 7:18 on your pb. more training needed on my part....
thanks, although I'm sure my PB is nowhere near your PB!
I did 21:10 (ish) and this was my 10th parkrun
A one year old unresolved ankle/foot injury is stopping me running, and distance walking, so I'm really missing both. Would LOVE to be out there![]()
Closer than you'd think: 20:54. Was aiming for 20:40.
OK. I now know you are Tony and 7.18 is Owen. I ran 24.37 on 29/6/2013 over 5 minutes from my 3 year old PB. This is not good enough. I am off trekking in California and Utah for a couple of months in September and October. I need to get fit. I need an objective and I need competition. I through down the gauntlet for a NSC Hove Park Run Challenge for the 7 September this year. There can only be one loser. My beer gut, which has 10 days at 5 Ashes tests in the coming weeks.....
Anyone entering let me know and I will formulate the NSC table for the day.
I'm in, I need the motivation and push to get below 21 minutes. We could almost do some sort of on-going NSC mini-league between now and then?
