I'm just doing a virus check and done AdAware so after I'll shut the fucker down and turn the modem etc off and see if that does the trick.

How do you do that ?

On IE its:
Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files

This gets rid of most of the cache and will hopefully make a difference as it will force the browser to re-load the page properly rather than searching for it in the cache.

Pressing Control and F5 also forces the browser to re-load a page and make sure it's up to date.
