Not a clue and if it has taken you this long to worry about it, it can't be that important. How about bringing a flask ?

Dunno Rev, but they do Bovril, which is very nice and is caffeine free.

good for reducing blood pressure is decaff as I was told and now have decaff coffee and decaff tea

The coffee I had on Friday was pretty much devoid of caffeine. I know I like strong coffee, but it resembled warm dish-water!

Just get a cuppa. Not as much caffeine and a lot nicer than bovril!
