We are playing Swindon on Saturday!

Lewes St Michaels are playing Rye at home.

Rye are two points ahead of us and we are second bottom and they are third bottom.

I said I would play cricket if we definately needed to win.

My skipper has invoked my comment and I have to play cricket which starts at 1 o/clock.

Don't play Dave. I'm not and we really need to win away to St Peters to guarantee safety. Start of the footy season for me on Saturday!

So if both teams are missing their 'star' players that evens it up a bit doesn't it!?

I dont know...I dont want to let them down!!!!

If we bat first I could just go mental and smash anything that comes at me. If we get 100 in the first hour then I could feign injury and slope off to the game!!!

Sounds the best thing....lie:lolol:

Don't worry about it Dave. Rye are seriously cack, as long as you have your normal bowling attack (minus your pie chucks obviously!) you will beat them easily.

They have literally one decent batsmen (an Indian guy who clubs it a bit) and the rest are kids who won't have a clue on your dodgy wicket!

In the same sort of boat, Windsor want me to play for the reserves on sat but I'd rather watch the Albion but not playing could effect my first team chance....

our dodgy wicket!!!

I seem to recall you lot weren't too happy when I was nocking your batsmen over, blaming the pitch!!!!

I had no trouble in batting on it!!

What was the comment...." test his technique.......4....4...."

I felt good for a ton the day we played you, until I spooned a dolly catch on 19 that is!!

Yeah they are terrible. We bowled them out for 97 up there and they were lucky that rain intervened when they played at ours. Had them about 60-5 or something.

You looked good, but a bit suspect on your back foot. I would have exploited that with the old flipper LOL

I am averaging 42 with the bat and 24 wicks at 14.6 ( not bad for a spinner)

LOL

Hopefully we will both stay up and end up playing each other again next year

Balls to the back foot!! That is one of my strengths!! It was just keeping low that day.

Yeah I hope Rye go down, it's a bloody long journey for a Saturday arvo bash!
