Be careful what you say about The hoog chaps, he has 'friends' everywhere.

Yeah did some work for him with our firm in Hove a long long time ago, not a person to say no to, he had a presence about him. I think if you played fair by him he played fair by you.

Good to his staff apparently. My mate rents off him and runs a bar and gets on with him ok although he bollocks my mate for playing golf and not working hard enough.

Obviously I'm not going to click on the link, as I advise any other right thinking individual to do. I mean why give the Daily Mail's advertisers what they want. He's subhuman scum though isn't he? Sad to hear he's still alive but at least he's not here.

I've had the dubious pleasure of seeing his managerial style in action at close quarters. Firstly an interesting incentive for squatters to move on from one of his properties when a mysterious gas leak occurred when the intake somehow got wrenched from the wall and by huge coincidence several lit candles being found close by. Strangely the squatters vacated the property minutes later.

Secondly seeing a workman being told in no uncertain terms by Mr H of his displeasure and summarily dismissed for a relatively minor maintenance issue at one of his properties, this guy was told to leave the premises immediately and not to bother collecting his tools, before being escorted to the door by an 'associate'. He did not stop to argue.

Mr. H's methods are somewhat unconventional but effective.
