Don't see many quotes quite as honest as this one, from Alan Navarro this evening.

“@alannavarro31: All I can do is apologise 4 my personal performance, it wasn't thru not caring, but thru lack of games, but still not gud enuf, I know this.”

I liked him at Brighton, in League 1 .... whats happened at Swindon? He got off to a flipping flyer with two goals in the League Cup thats for sure :p

He's a bit of a twat in my opinion. Met him in the pub and for some reason he was slagging off Kuipers. I guess he was still being honest!

Personally I don't want to hear any of them talk. Ever.

Did he have a reason, or was he just generally laying into the big man (who, presumably, wasn't there)?

I like Alan Navarro, he did very well for us and I'm sure he'll do very well for them too, once he's fully fit and gets a run in the team.
