Was good in Conference Prem, clearly good at Div2 level, so may develop into a solid League1 striker despite having been pants here sofar. But I'd be amazed if he made it in the Championship. I'd hold onto him unless a good offer came in but nearly double his fee would probably be good yeah. Rather than a sell on clause could we try and sell him at say 100k with a 200k buy back clause just for the 1 in a 1000 chance he excels?
