Thought that was superb when they ran behind the goal in front of all the fans to get us going. It worked a treat and you could see how much it meant to all three of them. Maaarrvellous scenes.

Yes, I thought that was great. Increased the volume from our end immensely, and just before we pushed on to get the the penalty - perfect timing.

I thought our back-flipping mascot did a similar job ahead of the second half aswell.

That was very good. But it was even better that it was McGhee's idea, i saw him grab Kuipers and tell him to go down and , with the other subs, wind the crowd up. Me and my brother saw this

McGhee= legend

That sounds like a massive boast to the team, was this before the goal or after ? as i am in Australia so coudlnt see game, had to cope with listening to on radio and jumping around celebrating at 2.40am, what a feeling though, i also hope we do not sell Kuipers as he is still one of my favourite players, is a great shot stopper, although roberts has done well i want Kuipers back, who else agrees ?

yeh i agree about kuipers completely, if it wasn't for roberts' excellent form he'd easily be in the team, always seems a lovely guy aswell, please don't sell him:nono:

It was just before the goal. If I worked for Footy Stats or whatever then I'd put Hinshelwood, Kuipers and Mayo all down for assists. Brilliant. :clap:

I think Roberts showed yesterdayb why he is first choice. His coming for crosses (apart from that one he dropped) was excellent and really took the pressure off the defence. We are very lucky to have two such good keepers at the club.

Yeah we are lucky as both very good keepers and i think properly two of the best in div 1 not only div 2 which is obvious i think if any team signed them they would start, i think that move by mcgee to get the players to go and boast fans was a genius move and im pleased players did it with a lot of enthuisism, who did everyone think looked happest at end ? as my dad said butters run over to fans nicked champagne and sprayed over the fans, good lad, he must be sooo chuffed way he has changed his image to us brighton fans, last year a joke this year brillant, but also knight we need to back him, as he is a goalscorer yeah doesnt work hard but he does the important things sticking ball in the net.

Did you know you were on the big screen for ages biting your nails in the last few seconds of the game Steven ?

He worked his socks off yesterday tracking back and getting in tackles, as did Iwelumo - they both put in first-rate effort, and Knight has been doing so recently for the last two or three months

We need to get Kuipers back in goal come the new season.
I'm sorry but i have little confidence in Roberts just lately.
Yes a crap penalty bounced off his forearm in the second semi, but his cross catching sunday was just plain dodgy. Flapped atleast 3 times.

I'd really hate to see Kuipers sold during the summer.

Funnily enough the Brizzle City fans on the train back to Gloucester were complaining that they didn't put Roberts under more pressure as he looked a bit dodgy.

Aprt from one or two incidents I thought he took the crosses very confidently. Isn't it funny how people from opposing sides view the same game?
