Once for England u-21's (Foster/Ward), 8 times for Ireland u-21's (O'regan/Howlett/Mcgrath/Ryan) and once for Wales u-21's (Hollins/Jones)...

Hold on, full internations many times with two and a few with three playing (Ryan/Grealish/Robinson/Lawrenson. Twice for Israel (Gariani/Cohen).
