Definitely a blue sky programme! With a CEO like that there's no way that he's going to roll it out. I've been to many conferences over the years and heard 'important' people like him spouting rubbish in cliches all the time and talking 'out of the box' with the same result- no changes , no action and nobody understanding a flippin' word he's said. A very insincere man. On the other hand I think Heston has come out of the programme well as a very down to earth normal bloke.
