Moseley, Gatting, Stevens, Pearce, Foster, Ryan, Smillie, Howlett, Case, Robinson, Smith.

All used by Melia, none used by Wilkins.

Also they were all happy to play under Bamber, but none have played under Knight.

Co-incidence?

What a silly thread. It's as much of a coincidence as the player changes at Liverpool when Benitez came in for Houllier, when Allardyce came in at Newcsastle or anywhere for that matter. The fact is new managers bring in new ideas and therefore need new players. What's strange about that?

Carpenter, Hart, Butters, Mayo and Reid would have probably gone under McGhee aswell.

Santos was only a short-term signing to cover for injuries, so would of gone under McGhee,

The other three may still be here, but they wanted to move on to "bigger clubs" or recieve more money every week.

what he said

i dont know what point your trying to make WW

It would not surprise me if you lambasted Wilkins for not keeping Martot, despite your obvious dislike for the player. Anything to undermine Wilkins…! So did he refuse to sign your programme or something?

Both names ALSO begin AND end with consonants.

Coincidence?

If you take all of the letters from MM's first name, assign them numbers (in order i.e. a=1, b=2) the total is 43.
Now if you do the same with DW's first name the total is 24.

43 - 24 is 19. Jake Robinson's squad number. The same Jake Robinson who plays for BHAFC.

Coincidence?

what difference does it make if they were used by mcghee and disgarded by wilkins?
you would find that was the case at any club where the manager has been in charge for nearly 2 years!
players come and go all the bloody time thats life but as for including hammond and santos in that list when it was obvious that deano wanted to keep hammond but was left no choice and santos was hardly a regular under mcghee and not up to the standard
