I've changed my online layout to a very simple text layout! Any ideas how I change it back?

Have you tried switching it off and on again?

At the bottom left of the page should be a drop down menu, with options to change the layout.

It isn't there when you go into the text-only view. You need to either;
a) logout and log in again (logout is bottom right-hand corner in the NSC lite view), or;
b) delete your cookies and log in again.

I made the same error myself some time ago.

If none of the above work try going, tools, internet options and then there hould be a tab for fonts & colours. it might work
