Help with profile

I've been a member years and hardly ever post but want to Add a picture to my profile?

Can you please advise how to do it?

If it makes any difference I us an iPad so not sure if that's different or not?

2-forum actions
3-general settings
4-edit avatar
5-use custom avatar
(stick to size and copy & paste or upload)
