Hi ordered tickets online and after card processing stage it stated problem with your order please contact the ticket office your card may have been debited.
Cant get hold of ticket office as phone not on due to staff shortage.
Tried ordering again and it states customer 70018404 already has ordered/purchased 8 tickets for this game ( Even though my order is for 7 tickets 4adult 3 kids all White members).
Please can you check that my order has gone through .
