Help! Sky Super Sunday theme music...

I know this is a Prem show, but on the basis that we will be there in a few years could anyone help me out on this? I'm trying to get a list of all of the Sky Super Sunday/Monday Night Football opening songs since 1997/98 as it will make a cracking CD comp for my car. Still got a load of gaps though...

I know Weller should be there also with Out Of The Sinking but not sure what year. Also, did they use Simple Minds' Alive and Kicking?
