When ever I take my grandchildren into a pub it is usually to eat so I assumed that the OP would do the same while he is watching the football it is the easiest way of keeping them amused.

Nope he might have been born in Worthing but he is a true green so the football will be enough to keep him amused

I don't know if it is still the same, but i remember the Broadwater in Worthing used to show three different games at the same time. Admittedly the lesser fixture was on in the corner of the pub, but it was fine.
