[Technology] Help please! How to change Google Primary account

My son has created a new email gmail address for my wife and - in doing son - has managed to make it her primary account so all the stuff that was emailed and linked to her old address now will go to this new idiot address.

Does anyone know how to get the old address back as the primary address?
