Have just been trying to get organised for the ticket frenzy tomorrow, by adding a couple of mates to my "friends and family" account. However, one of them has changed his password from his postcode to something else, but foolishly he has forgotten it so he can't log on and I can't add him to my account. We have been looking at the booking website but can't see any way of resetting a password. Anyone else had this problem or know how to get a password reset. I would ring the club, but I guess it will be mayhem for a few days so any sensible suggestions welcomed.
