Help needed with commentary

When I click on Audio Commentary I get a pop up after Windows Media Player has launched saying it cant play this file because it doesn't support this file format.
Is there any way I can make it support this file format ?
If I click on Matchlive Comentary I get the usual warnings about it only being supported on IE 5 or Windows but up to a couple of weeks ago I got this warning but could still listen. Now I get a pop up that says Cannott open file. Verify that the path and filename are correct and try again.
How do I do this ?

I'm on Mac OS X using Safari, and like I say I've been able to listen even though I get the signs saying I can't.

Any help please guys n galls.

This is the help they gave me when I had the same problem.

We have no information in our license logs, we suspect your problem is due to a specific update, this can be installed here:
http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp?force=1

This is called the "Individualisation" process, details of which can be found here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/drm/supgrade.aspx

Should the button remain "greyed-out" please follow the instructions here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925705/en-us

Not sure if that'll work with a Mac though.
