It's been a fair while since this has surfaced so now seems as good a time as any. Download the program on the following link and your PC will use spare computing power to hunt for cures to Cancer and/or Smallpox.
I have run this for ages and it has no effect on your PC's performance. It only uses the processor when it is not being used and shuts down when you are playing games for example.
