Help & Advise needed PLEASE

Been using FM 2006 for a while now, and basically i am shit, i use The Albion, and always get relagated, win only about 6 all year, i try different formations, tatics, etc, but it never seems to work, even try and sign some players, wise, shaw, ferdinad (les),
Can anyone give me some advise please on how to stay up and win some games

I've just edited all mine so Brighton start in League One... It's a bit easier there.

i got relagated to league 1, out of the 1st 6 games, won 1 lost 5 then got sacked

Usually buy Iriekpen from Swansea to sure up the defence and get Djourou on loan from Arsenal to sure up the midfield, normally buy different strikers to partner CKR, sometimes a Pericard loan.

Never been relegated yet!

Life just got a lot easier in my second season. Board injected 5m cash - got it all as transfer kitty. Have brought about 5 players for around 700k including Zamora for 200k.

All I can do is keep us in The Championship.

I also had a cash injection but the signings haven't really improved the team.

David Prutton for £1.4m

Kevin Kyle has been a great signing for £500k though. 21 goals in 30 games.

I couldn't get Weymouth out of league one, so I applied for the Stoke job and got promoted via play-offs (when they were only looking at a mid-table mediocre place) and Weymouth got relegated.

I recently took Barnsley from bottom of league 2 to the championship in 3 season. only missed out in the play off final in the second season because I had 2 bastard goalkeepers injured in the first 20 mins. Still only got beat 3-2.

Just got Stoke relegated picked up my form in the lst few gams when I ould only stay up on Goal Difference

Bottom of the league but Luke Moore was 2nd top goal scorer with 29 and Gabriel Agbonlahor 17th with 17

I think we could ease in the League One, although my Goalkeeper Ben Foster didnt want to stay and prefered a move to Charlton

ok scrap that, I still finished bottom but beat Brighton 3-0 on the last day of the season with Luke Moore scoring a hat-trick and got joint top goal scorer with Barnsly's Carlton Cole

sort the training out, that is a massive aid and a secret of the game. When you start off, all the players are doing the same training, ie: defenders doing attacking, and strikers doing defending.

Now, set the attackers doing training that is only doing things like finishing and striking and defenders who only do defending and strength and u are on ur way.

Just a tip. Works for me.

I got Brighton promoted in the first season and have tried the following a few times to make sure its not an anomaly:

Clubs such as Palace come in for Gary Hart almost inevitably. Hold out for 900k/1Mil and the chances are they will buy him!!

Same goes for Leon Knight, normally to Wigan

Use the transfer money to sign Horsfield (who is transfer listed), he bangs in the goals in the CCC. Also try signing Libis Arenas, quality goalkeeper for around 1 mil.
