When in trouble who do i turn to but the fellow Brighton faithful,
I'm in the shit, i've been suspended from work over a false allegation, been moved 180 miles away from my friends and family to a place where i'm doing a job a don't wanna do in a place where i know no one and losing £400 a month all this while the investigation is taking place. i have no idea how long this is going to go on for and its really pissing me off.

How do you mean moved 180 miles while under investigation? Also im pretty sure that the only time that they can not pay you when you are suspended is if it is for something you have done outside of work that might be considered Cross misconduct. i.e. you had been aressted for rape. Also if the £400 was not a normal part of your wage i.e. it was reqular overtime.

Also when the suspended you they should have given you a time when they will interview you again. This might not be the last interview in the process but will be a chance for them and you to ask further questions. You are entitled to have a witness at this interview.

yeah i forgot to mention i'm a squaddie and the army seem to think they can do what the hell they like and its been 3 weeks since i was susspended and i've not even been interviewed yet!

and all i was accused of was taking a picture of a dead body in a morgue, now anyone who's ever been in a morgue knows that its pretty impossible to do such a thing and i wouldn't anyway but some little maggot made up a story and i'm guilty until proven innocent

like moving 180 miles away to a place where you no nobody, meanwhile you lose money whilst people decide if you can keep your job or not.
