As long as he's ditched the spandex. Here's a preview of what it might sound like:

Not sure who the chump on guitar is but that's very good - and still manages to keep the GNR sound.

It's a tour in front of MASSIVE crowds so they can't bring in a random, they'll need someone experienced. Rose would be very interesting...not sure he's reliable enough for DC, although his voice is miles better than what's left of Johnsons.

Surely people are only going to see Angus doing his thing anyway?

Does Angus still do "his thing", he'll be 61 next week!?
Sad to learn that his brother Malcolm left because he had dementia. Only a couple of years older than Angus

Either Brian is a bit thick and/or they need to employ a new sound engineer. Surely he should be wearing in ear monitors which allow the desk to control what sort of mix he hears and crucially at what volume?

The volume the crowd hears is not the same volume that the band hears on stage. Whether they are using wedge monitors or the more common in ear versions there is no reason why they should be deafening themselves.

He has said recently that he thinks it was caused by his motor racing and not by the music. http://loudwire.com/acdc-brian-johnson-hearing-loss-race-car-driving/
