[NSC] Having connection issues

Having trouble loading NSC in the past 24 hours... Seems to be hit and miss when it connects and doesn't....

I'm doing some stuff - the site will remain up but the DNS-y internet-y things may break connectivity at some point for different people at different times. I'll try to get it all back as quickly as I can.
