[Football] Have new signing reveals gone too far now?

Considering how Po-faced football is these days, I'm always pleased to see little bits of fun emerge like this. More of the same, I say!

some of them are great, but in a time where we all generally know in advance from the interweb in advance of these reveals being released, they become a little bit pointless

There was a time when clubs would unveil players and it was a genuine surprise, showing my age, but the Kevin Keegan reveal at Southampton springs to mind - genuine gasps of surprise from the journos at the press conference I recall- it was a genuine WTF -they got Keegan- moment

Nowadays there would have been a "here we go" and a skynews "done deal" and breaking news long before
