I've been wasting my final 6 months just sitting here on the net, NSC mostly.

I leave on Nov 14th and fear a proper job may follow, with proper internet controls.

Good luck Faldo, do you know if you will be able to access NSC at your new place? Not sure how you bring it up in the interview.

I've got 3 weeks left at work, then amonth off. Then I'm handing my notice in and going to risk temping.

I didnt realise I could get into NSC from here until about a month ago (I take great satisfaction in being better than the IT police!).

I leave here on the 10th November, which gives me plenty of time to up my pitiful post count!

Ive written valuable NSC time into my new contract - just hope they dont notice it!

I always try to secure some form of IT resposibility. Make yourself the IT Police and you are above the law.

Sound advice - it was easy here! If you can show rudimentary experience of cut and paste then they consider you an IT guru!

I've just completed my once month notice period, and as such I'm sat at home with my feet up looking forward to the game tonight.

My last month I spent quite diligently working away, it was my last day when things really came to a head and I did nothing at all apart from eat muffins and post on here.

First thing to do is send emails out to all the good looking girls in the office asking them out - nothing to lose now!

Was it a wise idea, Conciering Christmas is around the corner ? I would of stayed till at least late January then told them where to stick it.

Ive got another, better paid, job lined up. Possibly another depending how another interview goes tomorrow....

I think they were counting on me staying on till after christmas. Its quite funny watching them scramble....
