Has anyone ever used one of these?

I'm finding that my (admittedly cheap) office chair at home is not very comfy and giving me a stiff neck. Has anyone ever used one of these ergonomic kneeling things? Are they any good? I don't really want a great big padded expensive thing.

There's a bird in the office uses one of them. She's not bad (around a two-pinter), and when she leans forward, you can see her g-string and the crack of her arse.

Which is handy, cos she sits with the fax machine behind her. And I send a lot of faxes.

I used one left behind by a former colleague some years ago - I encoutered no problem and in fact it was more comfortable than I'd have thought - it was an expensive one though. Easy:- you are too lucky.

I have a lovely Posturite kneeler chair at work that the taxpayer spent £600 on. They are fab & have really helped by back/neck/spine problem. Mine is on wheels & that has meant that I have ended up in some very embarrassing positions  Still, the Marines like it!
