Has anybody opened a bottle of champagne ?

Has anyone celebrated aka the NIMBYS by opening Champagne or getting pissed yet ? Or are we all waiting for the final announcement before we start shouting and screeming ?
I can not get over excited yet am I alone ? I want to have a good drink and toast a new ground but i can't yet,don't want to get carried away to soon.Are we counting chickens.I am not convinced yet.Have Lord B and Roz been celebrating are you that confident ?
