I don't think we'll keep him long anyway, he'll be sold to the first club to make an offer. Remember Dean Saunders being sold for 60k and moving for a million shortly afterwards? Could be about to happen again.

Dick Knight's no mug, if he goes it will be at a fair price.

I was a little unkind to Dan a few weeks ago but I thought he had an absolute stormer last night. Quick, intelligent with every pass going to our man. I real assured performance and he claimed the left back sopt last night imho.

True but when you're desperate, which we apparently are, you don't dictate the terms.

Well done. I think a lot of people said far more negative things than you about him.
IMHO Dan, Hinsh and Virgs all have the ability to succeed in the Premiership. Word is that Joel Lynch is a huge talent as well.

Where are all the Dan Harding knockers now? Gone away I hope. Why some people always seem to lay into our better young players whenever they make a mistake never ceases to amaze me.

Well done Dan.

Nice one Dan, manage to play well in one game that matters, as a result youre price will go up Big time. Were looking at Half a mill now for a total pony player, WAHOOOO!

Come and get him Everton or Baardiff, I dont care which! :drink:

£500,000 - That would be a giveaway price. He's going nowhere I hope. I wouldn't even swop him for Zamora.

I missed the first 40 minutes of the game, so if this comment doesn't quite get it right, that's the reason.

Harding had an excellent game and looked the part completely. But his defensive skills weren't tested very much, mainly because such Welsh attacks as came to anything were mainly down the opposite site of the pitch.

Dan clearly wants to come forward and feed an attack. He looks good when his colleagues are well positioned to take a pass. In a quality team, he shines.

Now ... what goes wrong with his performances for the Albion?

1. He sometimes gets caught out by a well mounted, pacey attack.

2. His passing sometimes looks wayward. We tend to blame him when this happens. Maybe its the poor positional sense of the rest of our team that makes it harder for Dan to contribute at the standard he can achieve for England?

The thing about football, of course, is that it's a team game. Not just a game for stars to shine in.

Watched the game and Harding was quality. He looks far better for England than us. Hope he comes good for Albion though, and we get him on a three-year deal.
Dan, Hinsh, Virgo, El-Abd.....it's looking good.
