Good move this, he will be a class player for us at some stage and Aldershot are a good side to go to and get some competitive first team experience

Hammond is nowhere near the first team at present and this will be a higher level than the Reserves.
Also it frees up his slot in the Reserves for a 16/17- yr-old, thus giving them more exposure and helping to bring them on.
Plus Hammond won't be on huge wages, but I'm sure Aldershot will be making some sort of contribution so we save a bit of dosh as well!
