Preston's Michael Keane has been told to stay away from training for the good of his team-mates.

The Irish midfielder is currently suffering from a virus and his doctor told him to stay away from the club to avoid passing it on to the rest of the squad.

He is doubtful for North End's home clash with Ipswich this weekend.
