Doesn't take a few seconds to sign a new deal though.His agent does all the work for him.
It is a concern for me.

As has been said before, it is not hypocritical. Calderon was out of contract whereas Poyet has a year left on his deal so won't just leave. The comparisons on here are ludicrous.
