With more patience, regarding his career, throughout the last season and a better plan on the night at the Amex against Palace he could have taken us to Wembley and then walked into a Premier League job I imagine. He may get there yet but rightly or wrongly I imagine his stock has fallen. He may have to rebuild in the Championship, who knows.
