Because there are still questions about why exactly he was sacked when he will take it to court (if he is going to go to court or whatever arbitation thing), because this draws to question if the club can move forward without this cloud over us, if money needs to be ring-fenced - just in case, etc.

And him being on itv 4 tells you what exactly???

It's his first time on itv since his firing, they might have asked him where things were with his potential court case, we might have got confirmation he was resting ahead or any explanation for not doing so and some people prefer to hear it from him direct rather than relying on someone recapping it in a post on here.

Acker - He was at the Liberty stadium covering the previous round for ITV4 a few weeks back.

I know he contributed an awful lot to our club, for which we should be grateful. Now just looking at his smug, self-congratulating face on tv makes me want to throw my tv out of the window.

Ok, not his first itv appearance since then, but it's still a chance for him to be questioned and provide an update.

Roll on Gus getting a job, it will be much more interesting than seeing him as a pundit. It may also see the case against the club dropped, as I doubt his next employers will want their club embroiled in all that shit, which it would be with Poyet as the manager.

I really miss him still.

I hope Oscar does the business for us, he certainly is making great efforts with the fans.

What's the rule, for any breakup of a long term relationship, you need a month away for every two months you were in it to be over it?

By that rationale, these threads should stop somewhere around New Years Day 2015.
