In the January issue of Four Four Two Magazine there is a 5 page interview with Gus.
Something that he said when talking about Brighton was.....
'I have plans to stay in Brighton: the way I see it, as a manager, either you go to a top,top team or you stay at one club and try and create something'
Definitely worth a read.
